Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. According to COUNTRYAAH, Parliament's opening in January was postponed after a minibus drove off the road and crashed into the sea along Saint Vincent's coast. At least five school children died in the accident. In May, the government website was hacked and the visitors were met by a picture in which a man fired a powerful automatic weapon from the pickup truck and the text "Hacked by Moroccan wolf - Islamic State". The page also contained a text in which the US and NATO were accused of "organized slaughter". At the end of the month, an agreement was signed which means that citizens of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as well as six other countries in the Caribbean and Oceania are allowed to spend shorter periods in the EU countries without a visa.
